“Four years ago we approached Selvin to purchase his lot in Cobble Creek. After looking at a recently completed home in Belle Haven, we were totally sold on the style, quality, and price. The build took approximately 13 months (not unusual considering the pandemic) and while we lived 1500 miles away.
