this guy "Norm" comes to your home and glad hands you with nothing but good news and smiles and when you ask for a contract to pin down the details he tells you NO. Now I don't know how the rest of the story would have played out, but a guy who looks me in the eye and says I won't give you anything in writing while we are discussing a transaction of nearly ten thousand dollars, well, that does not sit well with me. So, if you like the "my pillow" guy and want to just go on "Faith", this might work out fine for you. If you want a chance to read the fine print, and to consider your options before pulling the trigger on a big project, go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service .Lied about damage that needed repaired.Lied about how it had to be repaired.Overcharged for mediocre work.Didn't reply to calls about how to remedy situation.Didn't leave an option about how to get money, back or how to fix job to my satisfaction.Didn't use the right material colorUsed their knowledge of my elderly naivety to milk as much cash as possible out of me before I figured out their twisted business modelThey are vulturesIt is disgusting how abusive this relationship turned out to be.Low classTerrible workTerrible materialsTerrible quoteterrible company
