Four years ago we approached Selvin to purchase his lot in Cobble Creek. After looking at a recently completed home in Belle Haven, we were totally sold on the style, quality, and price. The build took approximately 13 months (not unusual considering the pandemic) and while we lived 1500 miles away. Despite the distance, we enjoyed timely communications throughout the build process, including photos of progress. To say that after three years in the house we are still thrilled with it is an understatement. Selvin was true to his word throughout, and worked with us on any design issues that arose for a quick resolution. His foreman, Henry, was simply outstanding in work quality and timeliness. The bottom line is that we would do it again with Sandoval Construction if we had to, but this is our forever home, one in which we are most satisfied to stay.😁
