Peak Wellness Center is a Direct Primary Care Center. We offer patients 3 monthly plans when becoming a member starting with the basic plan which gives members four visits a year with a medical professional for only $34.99 a month, the standard plan which offers unlimited visits per year, and the premium plan which offers unlimited visits to a medical professional and two chiropractic or psychology visits per month. With healthcare cost increasing we are here to provide a cost-effective option for individuals, families, and employers to have the care they need when they need. All of our plans give members the ability to call, text, or video call a medical provider even after hours. Or come in for a face-to-face visit.
