LA Nails

I got my nails done today, the lady did a great job on my nails but because the previous place that did my nails put a base coat on my nails they charged me $10 more. I was going to leave a tip but since the salon charged me extra there went her tip. They also used the u of light on my nails which will make it harder to remove when I go back to my usual place. I bet they won't charge me extra to remove them. ?

Let’s start by saying I’ve been getting my nails done consistently since I was 16 and was a salon owner myself. I know quality, cleanliness, positive customer services skills and how to treat people. My appt was at 11:30 for a new set of acrylics and this was also my first visit to this nail shop. A woman asked me what I wanted and when I said a new full set she asked why. Lol. ? because I need one? ??‍♀️ I was finally sat at 12:00. The man I was assigned to proceeded to literally rip my acrylics off by shoving a tip under them and pulling them off. The ladies are very friendly here and are very meticulous with tier work! They do a great job with designs. Only thin I don't like is every time I get a gel manicure, it started chipping 3 days later...
