“I have to start this off by saying that I did not receive a fiber internet installation from Deeply Digital or any of their other typical services. The reason I feel my review is still valuable is because I think the situation I was in, and how the folks there helped me with it, speaks to the quality of people that work there/that you’ll be encountering if you decide to utilize this business’ services!
I am a traveling healthcare worker and my laptop’s boot files were corrupted by malware. Because I’m traveling, I don’t have all the computer stuff I would ordinarily have and I very much needed a bootable windows 11 USB. I did not have a second device to use and I I could not go to the library to make one or do it at my place of work as I would not have the necessary admin access to make the bootable drive in either of these locations.
In desperation I started calling local computer oriented businesses seeing if anybody could help. I connected with Deeply Digital and, despite not offering such computer repair services, their lovely technician Brian took the time out of his day to make me a bootable USB out of the kindness of his heart and that is not something at all that anybody there had to do. Yet, their front desk staff answered my call, took the time to go ask Brian about it, and Brian made the USB. I have a deadline for continuing education courses for my job that I would have had a very hard time finishing on time if not for Brian doing this favor for me.
