Got me in as a walk-in from their other shop. T argued from the minute I told him I wanted Dip with tip since I have very poor natural nails, and this is the exact same process I always get anywhere I go without argument, and as suggested by other technicians. he was very rough and he was very condescending when I asked questions because he was doing things differently than I have ever had before. I would not come back to him. The woman in the store was pleasant and try to explain things T was extremely rude.
I was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon about 3pm. "T" was able to do my pedicure right away. He was friendly and did a good job on my toes. I asked for them to be cut short and he obliged. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no liners in the tub for the water. That feels icky and unsterile to me the more I think about it. I'm not from this area, so that was a big difference. Also, I am used to being asked if I'd like a bottle of water or soda as soon as I sit down. That didn't happen. I asked if they had water, and T brought me a small cup of water. I gathered that my request was unusual. Price was $35 plus I tipped 20%.Service: Pedicure
My original nail appt got canceled, so i went to happy nails. the good part was we needed a walk in and they sat us down immediately, but the acrylics i received were sloppy, rushed, thick and not what i wanted. i got tips and the guy didn’t ask me the shape i wanted, didn’t clean of the dust from the filing. i had to go home and fix them myself. do not recommend for acrylics.Service: Acrylic nails
