Very courteous and professional across the board. It was not super busy so didn’t have to wait too long. Eddie Medina is great and explained everything very well. The MA was so compassionate and patient. Great care overall.
I don't understand why you can't schedule an appointment and have to walk in. That makes no sense whatsoever to me. I have been going to Urgent Care for many years now and have always been able to make an appointment time so 20 people don't show up at once. The care was fine, the customer service is not understandable.
Chris and Calvin were a GREAT team to assist me with my infected foot. They took care to explain what they were doing and why; which made me feel like I was in the care of two compassionate healthcare providers. Rock on guys!
