Rick did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable about home safety and things that needed to be done. He was straightforward and made things easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him
I'm a Realtor, and Rick is my go-to guy. It's important to me as an agent that my clients understand the full scope of repairs and maintenance items they will be taking on, and Rick does an incredible job at it. For example, in May my clients wanted to make an offer on a house that had fallen out of contract, and after reviewing the seller's pre-listing inspection and the prior buyer's inspection, they didn't want to hire yet another inspector. Efficient, friendly service! We called Rick for an inspection and he was able to make it happen within 2 days. We're out of state and he provided a tour and explanation via video call to discuss the results. His notes were detailed and provided a clear picture of the property's needs.
