We have come to Jenae for a number of years for grooming. This is why we always will. Murphy was going to have a bump surgically removed. I asked Jenae to please shave around the bump so it would be easier for the vet to find. She also found 2 additional bumps. When I got the biopsy report, all the places were benign. But the smallest bump that I hadn’t even found was the one that could have morphed into a cancerous tumor. THANK YOU JENAE. YOU REALLY ARE A LIFE SAVER.
We've been taking our now 4-year old dog to Jenae since 1/2023. Jenae obviously loves dogs and her work. She's gentle, patient, takes her time, and pays attention to details--such as removing ticks, and carefully removing the matting in our dog's wavy coat without pulling or causing injurty. Our dog never hesitates to enter the grooming room, and she excitedly jumps up on the grooming table. Much to my surprise, our dog is so relaxed under Jenae's skillful hands that our dog has fallen asleep more than once while being groomed.
