The new office is very nice and has a great overlook of lake Loveland. The staff was great as always. I have been at West Lake for around 6 years and don’t plan on going anywhere else for dental anytime soon.
How many dentists/doctors do you know that:Call you to check in after a procedure?Take the time to explain the process?Give you time to ask questions?Discuss options for treatment?So meticulous work?Make sure you are 100% comfortable?Take time to discuss follow up?Have a COVID protocol that is rock solid?Probably not many. Dr Andy Maples does all of that and more…His office staff makes sure you completely understand the insurance and billing, his dental hygienist staff is nothing short of incredible. So refreshing to see an office so committed to the patient! I highly recommend Dr Andy for any and all dental needs! My whole family sees him!
