“I’ve been renting with The Suites since 2020. Included you get extra private storage, a break-room with amenities and washer drier unit for your laundry. Renting you get to decorate your room how ever you’d like. It’s nice to make your own schedule and have access to the building whenever works for you and your clients. The cleaning lady hired for common and staff areas is top-notch. The owner has paved the way for independently owned business suites. A lot of other suite buildings are ran by franchises or require you to use their receptionists and booking sites. You can truly run your own business here and decide who your clients interact with and how they make their appointments. I like being in control of my business and being able to do it at a smaller scale than a storefront at this time in my business journey. The suites have a great selection of other professionals I send clients wives/girlfriends/family/friends to.“
