Will is awesome. Our car immobilizer kicked on and the key would not start our Outback. I called Will and he was able to give me a few options all very reasonable. He got the new key reprogram and everything running in like 15-20min. Great communication and really nice guy. He is now my go-to locksmith!
If I could rate higher, I would. My key was no longer starting my Honda Civic. After hours pursuing the assumed issue, it was determined I’d need to replace the whole ignition cylinder assembly thing. Will helped me in ordering the correct part, and came out quickly when it arrived to get everything wrapped up. He went above and beyond, and still at well under the cost of other locksmiths I received quotes from. 10/10
