This was a great experience. I was looking to replace my ray-bans that I unfortunately lost. The staff member spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out exactly what pair I had and how I could order them with the same color and with polarized lenses online.

Went in to replace a pair of Ray Bans I lost. Sale floor person tried to help, but was not able to locate the exact model/specifications because the system was failing them. In the end, I was able to find the details through an old email receipt.
I asked to order a pair, which prompted them to try and upsell me with a 'buy one get one 50%' off deal. I asked what the delivery time frame is and was assured no more than 4-5 days, and I ordered.
Here I am, 9 days later, and nothing. Based on initial communication they were supposed to show up 5 days ago. I am posting thus account to say I was underwhelmed by the in-store assistance... read full review
