Anthony came out to repair a leak in our irrigation system. The repair had a leak and Anthony came back out to make sure that it was fixed properly. On that return trip either my wife and I were both gone or my wife didn't notice he'd been there. So, rather than try the system again after a few days, I made another appointment with him. He came back out and said he'd already fixed it. I felt bad about asking him to come back out and asked him to invoice me for the time; he did but didn't charge me anything.
