Chris from Pride Rooking and Construction is a prime example of old school integrity and work ethic. Chris inspected the roofs on both my home and my gf's home. Fortunately for my gf, her roof was in great shape. But, we would not have known that if Chris had not pinted out that the bubbles on the roof were a manufactureres glitch and nothing to worry about (blistering). My house was another matter. Chris explained my house's roof was 25 years old and that we would likely get some blowback from the insurance company, however, there was significant metal damage from a hail storm that occurred several months ago. That, in culmination with the fact that they recently roofed several homes in the neighborhood because of the same hailstorm would likely make us a good candidate for a new roof, despite the insurance copany's likley objection. Time will tell, but, I am certain from what I have witnessed in regard to Chris' ethic, integrity and industry knowledge thus far that he will advocate for me in a meaningful way and get the job done right as good or likely better than anyone else I could have on my side (and I have dealt with a number of profesionals in Chris' profession, before). So far, things have been "five star" all the way. I will right a follow-up review if and when the job is complete. Chris and his boss met with the claims adjuster and worked hard to get me everything we were due. Thus far, everything has been above and beyond.
Tyler was able to come out and help get our roof re-tarped after a lightning strike. He was there the next day and did an amazing job! Quick and efficient worker and easy to talk/work with.
