My little old-man pup has had a heart murmur for a few years and we come here to get him checked. Any vet visits are anxiety-provoking, and these visits take longer than. Bree was absolutely lovely with my Max and got him calm enough to eat from her hand--usually he doesn't eat offered treats until it's clear he's ready to go home. Dr. Eva Frantz is also amazing. She remembered Max from 2 years ago (!) and took time to explain things to me patiently but not patronizingly. Thank you for taking care of my pup so well!
I just want to share my heartfelt thank you to everyone at this clinic. First for Jocelyn's patience working with my sweet pup, and then to the doctors and administration for doing me a great kindness after my dog had passed. They made an incredibly difficult time for me a little easier. Thank you all.
Everyone was very kind and friendly. They made much of our fur babies, who ate up the attention. My nervous rescue Chug felt comfortable enough that she didn't struggle during her ultrasound because they let me help hold her so she would be calmer. She even took treats from the vet tech, which was a huge trust step for her. I was just very pleased. I felt the doctor was very respectful of my feelings while still explaining the seriousness of my baby's condition. Highly recommend.
