10/10 experience from the moment I called to book the appt for our doggo's echocardiogram (came from out of state since there are no board certified cardiologist near us). Friendly and professional staff who all make you & your pet feel very welcomed. We also decided to get the Holter heart monitor from CVCA as it was much more reasonably priced to rent vs our home vet. They also had hypo-allergetic treats for him and pup cup option at the end of the visit 🥹🧡
Everyone there treated our cat Roswell like the Admiral he is. They were all wonderful and did lots to make his appointment as stress free as a vet appointment can be. The exam was thorough and clearly explained to us. And Roswell went through a lot of Churu during his visit, much to his delight!
The staff are incredibly welcoming, assuring, patient and personable. The Doc was thorough and competent. I appreciated how she explained things slowly and checked for understanding, as I was nervous! Mercury says thank you and we will see you next year!
