Our entire experience with Dr. Frantz and Jocelyn at CVCA was excellent. We were with our pup throughout her echocardiogram and they were so careful and loving with her, asked such detailed questions, and thoroughly explained the entire process before and during her testing. We can’t recommend them highly enough, they’re consummate professionals and wonderful people.
Took my chihuahua to the Loveland location for an echo, BP, and other exam. They were very good with my boy and were very knowledgeable in their diagnosis of his heart issue. Eva & Victoria were great.
My cat, Annie, and I were treated with care and compassion. I was allowed to remain with my cat during all the procedures. Dr Frantz spent a great deal of time discussing Annie's issues, fully explaining everything and answering all questions completely. Bryce, our vet tech, was with us also for the whole time and was wonderful. I am grateful we were able to be seen at CVCA!
