PARKER and his tech came to our home to do our windows inside and out! Wow, they were amazing to watch and were very professional! Even after an accident occurred while putting the window well cover back on which broke one of the windows, Parker called his boss right away to report it and was so apologetic that it occurred. They had a professional window glass company come and measure the glass insert and once it was received the window glass company installed it. They used Moffat Windows and they were wonderful as well.
Accidents happen and they followed through with the repairs and kept us updated throughout the process.
I highly recommend this company!
