I thought it was great the veterinarian got on the floor to meet my dog before he started working on him. That really means a lot to build a good experience at the vet with my dog. I like the fact they take time and really explain things to you instead of rushing you out the door. Totally recommend this Vet!!

I am so beyond thankful for Dr. Kim Ackerman. She has seen all three of our dogs now and is very thorough in her explanations and very knowledgeable across multiple breeds our dogs are a boxer, Lab/terrier mix, and a chihuahua. Although, our dogs are older she was very gentle with them when administering vaccines and drawing blood. Thank you Dr. Ackerman.

Although there are mixed reviews for this vet they have only ever been welcoming and helpful for me and my service dog. Since we travel a lot we have visited many vets across the United States. We saw Dr.Williams and she was very understanding with my pup. He is a rescue where we didn't know his upbringing- but due to behavior he likely was neglected and or abused from that he has high anxiety. She was so calm and reassuring to him. Although I know not all vet visits can be good if there is an issue with your pet but for a good local vet they in my opinion are wonderful
