The company was great to work with from appointment booking to, personal who provided the quote, and Vince who cleaned our carpet and furniture. Everyone did a fantastic job and took their time to ensure everything was done correctly. They warranty the work and if something is of concern they will come back to clean it. Very professional service. The owner, Terry, came to our house and gave us a quote the same day we called. The technician, Vince, was on time and did a very thorough job of both pretreating the carpet and steam cleaning it. He spent extra time on the trouble areas going over them several times to assure they were as clean as possible. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
I contacted Koala T to schedule my carpet and air ducts to be cleaned immediately after reading great reviews on a local Facebook page. I was contacted right away and had a quote for the entire job by the next day. We scheduled for a few weeks out but unfortunately I discovered I needed a surgery for breast cancer right away. I reached out to the guys at Koala and they literally got me scheduled for the very next day. I wanted everything clean for any treatment I would need after surgery.
