Super friendly technician came by and cleaned my apartment in only 15 minutes! I wish I had received the call the week prior to the appointment like I was told would happen to instruct me on details such as if I should pre-vacuum the carpet or if I needed to move certain things out of the way. But thankfully the tech was understanding that I didn’t have the large items out of the rooms yet and I quickly fixed the situation by moving them to the side. As for pricing, I couldn’t tell you much as I used a free coupon I was given. But you guys did a great job and my carpets look gorgeous again! Thank you!!!
I was referred to Koala T. by the property manager at my apartment complex. They have done the carpet cleaning here for years and she knows them from the previous building she managed. Noah and Vincent showed up right on time and ready to go. Both were very pleasant and went above and beyond for my old man cat and I. They were very neat and efficient while working and did a really thorough job. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and I paid exactly that - no surprises. My carpet looks and smells great! I am so happy I was referred to Koala T. and I would highly recommend them. A+
Great and fast service. Came to treat areas my senior cat peed on and will come out for a total of 3 times to renew the treatment until it works. So far so good and my cat is no longer even interested in those spots. The stuff they use to treat cat urine is the strongest stuff on the market and the only thing we have done that works.
