Our experience with Cathie and her entire team has been simply amazing. Our GSD Mykah was reactive, being afraid of dogs and people, when we contacted K9 Wisdom. By following Cathie’s guidance and lesson plans, we have become much better puppy parents and our Shepherd has become amazingly more confident and calm. It has required dedicated effort on our part to follow the guidance and it has been so worth the effort. In our community, our dog was once feared by neighbors due to her rather impressive barking when she was afraid. Now she is complimented on her amazing behavior. The transformation is above anything we had thought possible, despite Cathie telling us the first day that we could get to this point with consistent effort. She is a truly gifted trainer, as are all the staff at K9 Wisdom. Our Mykah now attends day school each week and can’t wait to see her dog friends and her favorite human, Maddy. The team at this business knows dogs and clearly love their work. Dogs know people at a level we humans cannot comprehend. Our dog clearly loves and trusts this team. That’s all I need to know. We will continue to help our dog grow and improve through more training opportunities offered by K9 Wisdom.
That we can take Izzy and Toby into many different locations - including now in our new home in the mountains near Buena Vista - and know that they'll stay well-behaved and close to us - is a testament to the professionalism and love that K9 Wisdom has given our Basset boys over the last two years. We love this place and all the trainers. We see Maddie in the morning. She greets us and gets information about our dog. She’s a bright spot in our day. Our dog loves to see her in the mornings. We love to see her, too!
