We love K9 Island - the staff take such great care of Daisy and we can't recommend them highly enough. I never have to worry while she's there because I know she's having a great time and the staff and owner treat her and the other dogs with love and excellent care. It's the only place I feel comfortable leaving my dog besides with family. She always is excited to arrive which was not the case at her last daycare. They are the best.
We have been using K-9 Island for over a year and are still extremely impressed with the service they offer. Their facility is always clean and the staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. My dog is always hyped on daycare days and comes home tired from a long day of play.
I also really appreciate their reasonable policies around credits. There's no use-it-or-lose it nonsense or extra charges to bring lunch. Their process is simple and customer friendly.
