Homestead Home Builders, LLC

From our very first meeting through final inspection with the City, our experience with Homestead Home Builders was outstanding. Every member of the team demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a genuine commitment to delivering a quality finished product.

Herm and his team of contractors are top notch! Every sub who came onto the project was timely and proficient in their trade. This was a renovation of an existing structure and instead of scabbing onto existing it was basically demoed of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to install all new with a price point others were going to only repair not replace. There were occasional delays but that is to be expected in the industry. All in all I am very happy with the work performed and would recommend Herm to anyone looking to have a project completed.

Herm and his team are extraordinary. The professionalism, the communication, and the follow through were next level. Herm did what he said he would do and it set the foundation for trust. He transformed an entire unfinished basement into my HOME. The work done for me is amazing. I’ve already recommended him and his team and will continue to do so to friends and neighbors! Thank you Herm and Lenora for putting up with me to the end.
