Herman and his staff were the best. His office generated a detailed floor plan within days of the consultation and every trade was on time, courteous, efficient and performed brilliant, quality work. As a former contractor myself, I realize how difficult it can be to work in people's homes. It's very challenging and needs attentions at all levels and Homestead 'stepped up the plate' every day until out final walk-thru.Service: Remodeling

I reached out to Phil and asked about getting a quote on closing in my loft and making it another bedroom. He was very responsive and professional. He got me a rough estimate and then finalized it with little adjustments needed. The entire process was very smooth and efficient. As everyone and their mothers were doing home projects, I know that they were extremely booked but they made time for us and were able to complete the entire process very quickly.
