I recently interviewed with this company and was really excited to be chosen for an interview! I’ve got the necessary experience and personally thought I would be a great fit. I made it through the first interview with the talent recruiter and was offered a second interview with a manager. After that interview I was told I didn’t get the job due to my lack of sales experience. Support is non-existent! I have been on hold for 1:22:55 - so far. The bot that answers the phone can't understand anything you say, so you get dropped into the support queue. She told me that average wait time was 10 minutes - that was an hour and 20 minutes ago. It almost as if they don't really want to talk their customers. Only the government and utility companies can get away with that.

Avoid like the plague. I did not use the account for three months then out of the blue they took $1,005.00 out of my account. no notice, no e-Mails, nothing. I called in and talked to Juan who could not care less. I asked for a supervisor and "I don't have one available but one can call you back in 5-6 BUSINESS days." I guess because I left contacts in there for a campaign from 4 months ago they feel it is okay to take my money when not a single click happened since then. I have used Mail Chimp as well and they are a LOT more USER friendly. Not one e-Mail from 1, 2 or 3 months ago to say your bill is due, just a big hit when they could get away with it... 5-6 BUSINESS...read full review
