Very unprofessional. Doctor Killermann did not call on appointment time. Compass health said that he would call, but didn't know what time. Asked for supervisor to call. Never got a call. It's been a month and I missed a call from Compass today that left a message that she would call me back. 10PM and going to bed with no call.

Short version: got me in quick, unclear how to schedule appointments, minimum 20min hold time to speak with anyone.Long version: I was hopeful after my first call looking for medication management when they had me booked for intake within 2wks of my call, but it all went downhill from there.For whatever reason their call only rang twice before going to voicemail so I had to call the generic customer service line based in FL. It took about 25 minutes on hold before I could explain I wasn't a no-show and request a callback. A total circus show!!! I love all the drs/ PA’s/ assistants, interns However the rodeo trying to get through to speak to someone is a nightmare, the communication breakdown is truly a fiasco on all levels!!! Thankfully I now have direct communication to the group that overseas my care if I need an immediate response. I still have to use the process like everyone else when booking appointments. It’s not the staff( drs ect) that are the issue- it’s the answering services ( compass health ) that needs training!! I’ve had to wait up to 4 hours later for appointments sometimes no one ever called me for my appointment!! Been put on hold to be either forgotten about...read full review
