I found myself reaching out to Paul at Cohesive Soulutions for life coaching in my late fifties when I was tired of sitting on the couch wondering what do I do now. I felt frozen, full of anxiety completely unsure what to do with the next part of my life now that I wasn't working anymore. His professional guidance helped me to see I was valued and worthy and that life doesn't end when we retire but rather it just begins a new chapter of our lives to explore. You could not find a better Therapist then Paul. The man is incredible at what he does. He’s help me with several of my own personal problems. ( marriage, business and personal life )and has really helped me be a better man and husband. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I really would!! If you are in need of mental help. Or just want to be a better person, save your relationship with you wife or kids see Paul he will help you in ways you never thought of.His way of therapy is an approach that work hand in hand with Hypnotherapy and problem solving that no other therapist can do.
