Been wearing glasses for twenty some odd years and Bernhardt is the best place I've ever sought eyecare services from. They take the time to create specialized prescriptions for my unique work needs. They've helped me find the right glasses for me at the best price even if it's not through them and then fitted those glasses for me. They fixed my 2+ year old frame (that I sat on) for free. They're friendly, reasonably priced, generous with their time, and everything's just gone smoothly every time I need anything.

Dr. Bernhardt has been seeing my family for the past 8 years, and we quite literally cannot go anywhere else. I'm a single mom of 4 and this is the only clinic who accepts my insurance AND will see my entire family on the same day- they truly understand real life and strive to accommodate even the smallest needs. Lastly, and most importantly, my ASD child will not go anywhere else. He loves Dr. Bernhardt, so even though we moved out of Loveland, we drive back for Dr. B., because he and his fantastic Office Manager are the kind of people you go out of your way to see. Dr. Bernhardt is simply the most patient, gentle and compassionate eye doctor! I had the misfortune of finding myself with a really angry eyeball and it literally made me cry like a baby in his office this morning. Dr. Bernhardt knows I’m an artist and that I take my eyesight very seriously despite my humorous art. Within minutes of my arrival and after my exam, Dr. Bernhardt administered medicinal eye drops and I was feeling incredibly better than I had when I arrived. I greatly appreciate Dr. Bernhardt and his employees for the kindness and care they offer to their patients! Thank you again, Doctor!
