An older gentleman was there chatting with him about business and life, clearly taking more time than most would. Instead of rushing him or showing impatience, the barber genuinely listened and gave him his time and attention. At the same time, he acknowledged me and smoothly transitioned to my appointment without being rude or dismissive. You can tell he truly cares about his clients, not just the haircut. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Top Knot Salon is so fabulous. Laura Albaugh is wonderful and always does a great job with my haircuts. I have curly hair and she is the only hairstylist who has been able to cut my curls so they fall correctly and I don’t have ‘mushroom head’. She talks me through everything she is doing. She is fun to talk to and has a great personality. I recommend her 100%, especially if you have curly hair.“

“I’ve been renting with The Suites since 2020. Included you get extra private storage, a break-room with amenities and washer drier unit for your laundry. Renting you get to decorate your room how ever you’d like. It’s nice to make your own schedule and have access to the building whenever works for you and your clients. The cleaning lady hired for common and staff areas is top-notch. The owner has paved the way for independently owned business suites. A lot of other suite buildings are ran by franchises or require you to use their receptionists and booking sites. You can truly run your own business here and decide who your clients interact with and how they make their appointments. I like being in control of my business and being able to do it at a smaller scale than a storefront at this time in my business journey. The suites have a great selection of other professionals I send clients wives/girlfriends/family/friends to.“

“I've had my hair cut five times by four barbers at this Cinco Bros. location over the past 2 1/2 years. Most times it was in preparation for a wedding or similar event. Each time the barber cutting my hair was attentive, did what I asked, was careful in their work as well as courteous and friendluy. Place is squeaky clean. All the barbers who worked on my hair are really professional.

Haven't had a bad cut from these guys ever. I highly recommend this comfortable barbershop and its skillful barbers both female and male.
