I highly recommend Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning! After feeling uneasy about a visit from another HVAC company, I called Balance Point—and I’m so glad I did. Dave and Luke came out, and right away I could tell they were different. No runaround, no unnecessary testing or upsells. They fixed everything they could, called the manufacturer to check on warranties (and found some!), and gave me a straightforward, honest quote. When they came back to finish the job, they were fast and efficient, and the final bill was actually $100 less than what was quoted. Who does that anymore? Dave came out today as we were having issues with our furnace! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was very friendly informative and very respectful! Was able to find the issue immediately and had everything back in working order very quickly! Definitely would recommend Dave without any reservation!
Cody was so helpful and really explained everything to me and my sister. He found the problem and it was something that doesn’t happen often, but here I had a gas leak and that is scary in itself. Thank you
