They took care of us when our AC went out during the hottest part of the Summer. They worked a very long day to ensure that we had AC the night of their visit instead of splitting it up into separate visits. We greatly appreciated their thorough work and effort to fix our issue.

Balance Point (formerly Hooley Heating) installed my complete air conditioning system a little over five years ago, which I’m totally pleased with. When the A/C stopped working, I called them, and they were friendly, professional, and able to send a technician out the very same day to diagnose the problem.
