I went into this place just because I ran out of contacts and needed more fast, but I was so surprised with the amazing customer service. They were very upfront about pricing on every exam procedure prior to doing anything. My insurance situation is a bit different. I can't even get most doctors offices to even try to bill my secondary because it's native care tribal insurance which is so frustrating but Juliana spent more time than anyone else ever has figuring out how to get my contacts and glasses completely covered! I am so appreciative and will be back!

Everyone is so pleasant, helpful, patient, and the service was excellent. Brooklyn and Noah were extremely kind and detailed in their field. They gave me the best value for my money.

From entering in the front door is this team shows exceptional customer service. Every team member was able to navigate and multitask as well as keep an upbeat and positive attitude throughout my entire visit. Deb is absolutely wonderful and always helpful with all the questions you have. Nikki is incredibly kind and walks you through any questions you have during your exam. Dr. Hoffman was exceptional and gave me all the information I needed. Huge shout out to Michelle! She was so patient with me and helping pick out my frames and truly made the experience wonderful.This team at America’s Best is truly the best in the biz!!!
