Gene and hes wife where great since the new other company bought took over I not sure id keep 5 stars had an outside commercial lock installed and the handle came apart twice so for high priced commercial locks i'm a little pissed off it dont work right
Outstanding experience working with Gene!Needed to get several doors rekeyed and some help figuring out the patio door locking.Gene matched the locks for all the doors and explained the patio door locking mechanism without making me feel like an idiot.But even better, he found that two of the doors were out of alignment on the striker and fixed them both. One of them was a particular mess as it seemed to have been repaired (except not really) by someone else at least once before.Five doors, all the locks work and they all latch correctly.VERY reasonable price.Would definitely recommend to anyone who asked and use their service again in the future.
