I went to ADA Boy RV Service after a not so good experience at another Rv sales and service dealer. This other dealer made it seem like I was a nuisance. I needed a/c parts and maybe some diagnosis. After this bad experience I looked up ADA Boy, what a pleasant and much needed customer experience. The guys hooked me up with the parts and helpful tips to get me going again. What a great customer service business. THEY DO IT RIGHT. By the way I was 6hrs from home and they made me feel at home.

This was the first time I had been to this shop. Was treated like a long time friend and customer. Although I wasn't able to get the work done that I was hoping for. I got a great conversation and a very honest reply for my issue with my camper. Very impressed with this shop and the owner. If I have any further issues with any campers, I will definitely return! Aaron is a really nice guy! True to his word and stands behind his work. I would recommend ADA BOY RV SERVICE to all my family and friends. I'm very happy I happened to run across Aaron and his business! It was all of the positive reviews that caught my attention first. I too am a extremely satisfied customer. I called and made an appointment to have the bearings repacked with grease and new seals installed. This was a week before Labor Day weekend. I had told Aaron I would like it back for the long weekend. About 3:15 that same day Aaron called me to say I could come and pick up my trailer.
