Dave and Nico did an excellent job. Our complex consists of six buildings (12 units). They completed the job just ahead of schedule and on budget. Three of our units are rentals and they did their work around the tenants schedule. There were a number of areas that needed 3-4 coats to properly stain and Dave just did it without our pointing them out. I could not more highly recommend ABrushAbove, and Dave. They were terrific.
