The process was EASY and my shed was built in a couple of weeks! My Studio Shed experience was excellent, from the first interactions all the way through to completion of the build. The team went out of their way to allow me to visit their office space and give me a tour. They were extremely responsive when questions came up throughout the design and permitting process. And the contractor they put me in touch with to build out the office shed was excellent. All in all an excellent customer experience. The quality of the product is very high as well, I've been very happy with the craftsmanship of the build out and the components that Studio Shed provides as part of their packages.
