I went to Royalty nails for over 10 years. Then, sadly the business burned down in the Marshall Fire. I hope the kind owners are OK because they were so nice and ran an excellent nail salon.

I had just a really awful experience. I went in for a mani pedi date with my friend and everything went wrong. They sat us down in the pedi chairs and we sat there without water for our feet or being helped for almost 10 minutes. Then they rushed our whole mani pedi. They didn’t give us proper fans or lights to dry our nails. We even ended up being practically shoved out the front door before our nails were even dry. The experience was bad, but the quality was worse. All my nails are blotchy and uneven. I could’ve done them myself and saved $50.. I wanted a nice day out with my friend but got poor experience, poor quality, and over priced.

I was a walk-in looking for a polish change and the job that was done was mediocre. A couple nails were bubbling and when I pointed one out that didn’t look good, she was annoyed.
