I have been coming to their business since the first location opened. Dr. Ryan was my physician at the time. He saw me through after the car accident w a semi truck, skin cancer, and when I was going back to college to change careers as I could no longer perform the duties required after the accident, starting my businesses before Covid, my stomach ulcer that put a hole in my stomach and had to have 3 clamps to close it back together. He was very patient and understanding and Dr. Nick also helped me understand my injury and how to try to help myself. I always asked questions and was wanting a way to try to help with my pain better and they always had great suggestions. Then Doug came to work for them after Dr.Ryan left. I was nervous to say the least to have to get to know a new Nurse Practitioner but was opened minded to see what knowledge he could offer me in obtaining my pain management goals. I am PLEASED to say that he helped me achieve getting OFF the pain medications and muscle relaxers! It had been way to long of a journey that I had been taking them and my body was used to the meds and not responding anymore to them and I felt like I was at the point I needed more medication or a different medication to ease my pain. I decided enough was enough when I realized NOtHiNG - medication wise was working to help with the pain anymore. I was scared to death to get off the medication as I was worried about the side affects of not having it. Doug and Nick helped me make a plan that helped me with a easy transition! It was much easier then I thought it was going to be and I am forever greatful to them both!On another note I am also seeing Doug on the other side of the business now - Thrive and I will say that it opened my eyes to know that the pain we have can also be caused from vitamin DEFICIENCIES and HORMONE related! I wish I knew years ago what I have learned from Doug! He is absolutely amazing on the pain treatment side and on the Thrive office! I WILL ALWAYS be forever grateful that I have meet someone with SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE in the medical field as he has HELPED me tremendously! If you are suffering from pain, fatigue, weight gain, sluggishness, can’t think clearly, depressed PLEASE do yourself and YOUR health a favor and give him a chance at making a difference in your health! I want to move out of state but I am afraid I will NEVER find another person like Doug to help me with my health ever again! Feeling blessed!☺️??

I started going to this clinic about 5 years ago. When I first started I was so impressed by the PA Dan. He actually cared and listened to his patients. His nurse Sammy was also wonderful, she always had a smile on her face and was so kind to each patient. Now ever since this clinic moved around 2 years ago, things have definitely changed. Let me start by the office staff. Sondra who answers the phones is very rude and not friendly. I felt like every time I called the office to schedule an appointment or needed something I was putting her out or interrupting her day. I will say Sally who is in charge of the UA’s is very friendly and nice to every patient. Doug the PA who took Dan’s place is very arrogant. I feel he doesn’t treat all his patients the same and you’re just a number not an actual patient. As for Sierra his nurse, she is very judgmental, and doesn’t treat all the patients the same. She could be nice to one patient and then have an attitude towards another. I also don’t agree with Sondra and Sierra sitting up at the front talking bad about patients when there are patients sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen. I will say I got discharged as a patient for asking for early fill 2 days early, once because I had a death in the family and had to fly out and attend a funeral and wasn’t going to be back for a week over my fill date and then I just had some major dental work done and my dentist is the one who told me to call my pain doctor to see if he could give me something with acetaminophen in it, and they assumed I was wanting an early refill and discharged me. When Sierra called to tell me this, she was the biggest snot and you could tell she just couldn’t wait to call and tell me. But I know for a fact that 2 other patients who go there got early fills one for going on vacation and the other for going out of town for work! This is why I say they don’t treat all their patients equally. I mean do you pick and choose who you want to be nice to and who you want to give early fills to?? I recommended this clinic to a lot of friends and family and I will say that will not be happening anymore.

I have been a patient here for several years and have seen all the professionals. They are the best, all of them are genuinely concerned and treat me with the best care.

I have been very well taken care of. They do things by the book. Federal laws are important to them and making sure its not just meds that are the solution. After working in the Medical and Hospital settings for over 35 years, doing things right and caring about their patients are so important to me. The staff is great and very helpful.

I couldn't be any happier than I am since I found LMC. The whole staff is just amazing. They understand that with chronic pain, your pain isn't always visible on the outside. I have had chronic pain all my life, so I have seen many doctors throughout that time. A friend of mine told me that I should go see Dr Ryan and I am glad I listened

I go to get injections for my back pain from Jennifer and I simply adore her. Office staff is friendly, which is always a nice thing to run into! I don't think I've ever been in there that I didn't see everyone on staff that didn't have on a genuine smile.

About 3 years ago, my pain management doctor retired. I was worried that I wound not be able to find a doctor, as compassionate and caring as my retired doctor, whom I considered a friend.I spoke to my PCP about trying to help me find a new doctor and practice to help me deal with my constant pain. My PCP refereed me to Louisville Medical Center and Dan Ryan.I made an appointment and arrived for my consultation. I first met the incredible staff at the front desk, they greeted me with a smile and helped me through the new patient paperwork. The front desk staff asked me about my areas of pain and you could tell that they truly cared about my treatment. They truly made me feel like I belonged there.I met the Dr. Nick Hamilton, he introduced himself to me and told me that he was a “Chiropractor“ and that if my treatment plan required his skills, he would be there for me.I then met my new pain management professional, Dr. Dan, who was so personable and knowledgeable, that it took me back a little, Dr. Dan made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to explain why I was feeling the pain that was ever constant in my daily life.Dr. Dan, explain to me his plan to treat me and to help me feel some relief from my pain, he listened to all of my questions and then asked some specific questions, to be able to focus on the cause and effect of what was creating my pain.During the coarse of my examination, Dr. Dan recommended medication that would help me deal with some of the pain, he also taught me certain exercises and stretches that wound also relieve some of my pain.Dr. Dan, asked me to trust him and let him do some trigger point injections into the area of my pain, he told me that there was a good chance that the injections wound relieve some of my pain. Boy he was right, the injections provided almost immediate relief.I would strongly recommend Louisville Medical Center to anyone who is experiencing pain, especially to those who have tried almost everything and who have given up hope. I know from personal firsthand knowledge, that you will find a Dr. and staff that will restore you faith.I still see Dr. Dan to this day and because of him and his staff, I can function like a normal person.

Dr. Ryan is great and I would highly recommend him. The receptionist however is very rude. She does not listen and is judgemental in her tone and speech. She will just hang up on you and then say you were being rude. We love going here but since she started we dread our visits and phone calls.I would love to talk with the owner but the email system for this office is not working.

I hav been a patient here at Lewisville Medical Center for over 4 years! I have always loved getting to see Dan Ryan!!! He is Caring, professional, and he always listens to his patient. The entire staff was almost as great as Dr Dan, up until about 2 - 3 months ago!!Now the front desk (greeter) Joanne is so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of giving you an answer to a question or concern (you get told in a reprimanding tone and manor) an excuse.
