Excellent customer service! I came in for house key copies yesterday, and was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their pricing is the best compared to other locksmiths.

Janet greeted me warmly and got my needs into their work queue promptly. Shortly thereafter James stopped by and took care of my locksmith issue in no time ! What a legend.

I only had a simple job done, but the customer service was top-notch! I called on a Thursday and was told it was best to come in Fri morning while a locksmith was onsite. When I arrived the front desk person immediately remembered our call and what I needed.
