I only had a simple job done, but the customer service was top-notch! I called on a Thursday and was told it was best to come in Fri morning while a locksmith was onsite. When I arrived the front desk person immediately remembered our call and what I needed.
Brent came out to us in 15 minutes and fixed our problem instantly. Excellent service and so professional! I’m very happy to have found honest, prompt, quick service. Will use again and will recommend.
Overall great experience. Really loved working with Shane. They fixed all the work another locksmith screwed up for very reasonable prices. I’ll be calling them again. Thank you Kaiser Lock and Key!
