Tax Connection of Northern Co

My girlfriend and I were locking our bikes up in front of this company when one of the employees came flying out of the front door incoherently screaming at us for our bike placement. The funny thing was, the office was supposed to be closed because it was a Sunday. Ironically I was planning on doing my taxes here, but I’ll go elsewhere after my interaction with the extremely rude employee/owner.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with my taxes.Confused my returns with someone else, and got mad when I was upset about it.I think it is time these people retire.Said I was rude so charged me double,and even got my wifes name wrong on the returns. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know how bad these geriatric women are.

After starting a small company I quickly became overwhelmed with how to handle my taxes. After meeting with Joyce I am on track and the weight is lifted off my shoulders. She simplified with clarity all of the black and white that I did not understand. Thank you so much!
