The owner, Leighton, cares very much about what she does and the people she serves, and it shows. Quality employees who give quality care to the clients with such a broad range of services. Definitely a company I trust and would recommend!
I have never worked for a home care company better than Synergy! The team is amazing and very communicative. Leighton and Kyle are compassionate with the clients and the care givers. Jamie; as care coordinator is very attentive and so quick to be able to help with anything she can. They work diligently to find you the perfect match, you will fall in love with the clients, your work colleagues, and the management!
Hands down the best company to depend on! I love how compassionate and caring leighton and jamie are in the office! Highly recommend! Been here for a year and a half and i love it here!
