My session at Self Transformations Conscious Massage was truly exceptional. I received an Ashiatsu massage from Charuta, the owner and a highly skilled therapist, and the experience exceeded all expectations. She’s extremely knowledgeable and intuitive, and did an outstanding job working out deep muscle soreness and improving my flexibility. I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was by far the most effective—I left feeling better than I ever have after any massage. Charuta’s expertise and care truly set her apart. I can’t recommend her enough!
I need a deep massage and you can get that here. The experience level of Charuta is unmatched. This is one of those rare places that you will actually get what you pay for and come away satisfied. My quality of life has improved.
I have finished the Head/Neck anterior and posterior course work.
Charuta, worked on my neck so I could feel the touch and pressure. I was able to work on one of her clients along with her and was able to get great feed back and instruction. It was time well spent for my practice. ( and a great way to get a neck massage from one of the best therapist) Charuta also made adjustments to my body posture, that I had not realized I was doing. These small posture adjustments made giving a massage more comfortable for me.
I have also taken the Ashiatsu course work from Charuta and have made adjustments in my practice that my clients are very happy with.
