The David Hakimi Team at Berkshire Hathaway
“David Hakimi and Amanda Shaver helped us sell our home in Superior Colorado. Our situation presented a few challenges. David and Amanda did an exceptional job navigating the process with us. They are both very experienced and knowledgable. We felt their advice and guidance was very good. They were always professional and very easy to work with. I believe that representing our best interest was always their priority. They are also very nice people. I feel lucky to have found them and recommend them without reservation.”
DRF Real Estate - Madison & Co. Properties
“We relocated out of state within days of listing with Deb Fowler. Soon after, our landscaper quit and Deb stepped in. When our sprinkler malfunctioned, Deb's team fixed it. Her team returned Comcast's equipment to a store in Longmont. Unexpected roof repair? No problem is too difficult; all solved with no drama. Deb's client commitment seemed limitless and was highly professional. Her digital as well as traditional marketing of our home included beautiful photography, lovely drone video, glossy brochures, informative on-line website and multiple open houses. In the most difficult residential housing market in many years, Deb was able to sell our home at a very fair price in under three months. We are grateful for her tireless effort and capacity to make good things happen, and highly recommend her to any Boulder County property owner looking for a friendly broker who will market their home as if it was her own.
