The canvas print I ordered had an entire inch of the top left corner clipped off. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. The customer service team definitely changed my outlook on the company. They immediately ordered a reprint and sent me a new order with expedited shipping free of charge. They made a mistake, owned it, and made it right. Good business.
