Little confused. Showed up for my appointment, the location that has the sign posted outside the door isn't the same place. I walked in and the front desk lady had no idea what I was talking about. She just handed me some paper work, then swiftly left to catch the bus.... Tried to call the number, but went directly to voicemail.

I reached out to Mark via the TPI website, but didn't get a response. I went back to the TPI website and clicked through to Mark's website and signed up for a consultation. Within minutes I received a calendar invite for 6:30 pm on Friday, Sept 6. I showed up at that time, but the office was locked. I called the office number and left a message for Mark letting him know that I was outside the office and I asked that he call me back to reschedule. I also emailed a similar message. It is now Sept 10 and I still have not heard from Mark.

Mark is a fantastic professional! Personable, knowledgeable, and realistic. He doesn't make claims that can't be substantiated, and he is focused on making sure the whole body is working right. The best part for me personally is that I feel very secure and respected by him. As an obese woman who has serious anxiety issues but is also working hard to change her exercise and eating habits, I've never felt looked down on or talked down to. I went in for serious shoulder and neck pain from working out - he helped with that, posture issues in my lower back, and breathing.
