Initially, I contracted with Jason and Next Step to have a substantial home system equipment/speakers/tv install in 2020 which I was very pleased with- I called Jason at Next Step back in September of 2024 to update a couple of pieces of equipment. Tyler (tech) was very knowledgeable and professional during the service call. Very efficient and treated my home like it was his own. In 2025, I called them back to install cameras around the house and integrated into the initial system they installed. We were in a new house and needed new cable for internet and tv connections. Next Step responded quickly with an estimate and sent a very qualified technician over the same day.
