This was a wonderful experience. I got a haircut (for reference from a little past clavicle to a little above shoulders)and a full highlights All together took 5 ish hours, which is a long time to sit in a chair for me, but the customer service was phenomenal. My appointment was at 1 pm and we didn’t finish till after they closed. Both the student Alyssa and the supervisors stayed while I finished so I didn’t have to come back. Alyssa even blow dried my hair and shaped it for best results even though the store had closed. This is my first visit and I got a hair cut by Bradley . He is a really nice guy and I am happy with my cut. I had my nails done by Kayla. She is amazing I am VERY happy with my nails. She was so kind and very professional. I have already scheduled a other appointment with her.
