Came and towed my truck Wesdnsday as a major winter storm was coming in. The driver was available and let us know what was happening and friendly. Dispatch answered immediately and was friendly and helpful.
I was so impressed and thankful for the quick and attentive service I received. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for turning a bad situation into an opportunity to extend gratitude and thankfulness.
The team at Monarch across the board, both dispatch and driver are heros of the business. I was quite literally stuck at the peak of mountain, at night, in the snow. It was an awful situation.The Monarch team arrived in under an hour, handled the situation with the upmost service and professionalism, and went as far as to call multiple 3rd party technicians (on my behalf) to help iron out post-tow fixes.During the drive back, the driver was an awesome lad with tons of travels and stories to speak of and turned what would have been a tragic event into one of the most enjoyable chats and experiences of my cross-country trip.As for price, the owner offered exceptionally...read full review
