MMJ Exams of Colorado provides a great process for obtaining a medical marijuana card, with a simple and easy-to-follow procedure guided by their doctors. The staff is very nice and helpful. However, some customers have experienced issues with communication, specifically with phone calls not being answered in a timely manner. Despite this, the business has shown a willingness to improve and apologize for any inconvenience caused. With some adjustments to their communication system, MMJ Exams of Colorado is a recommended option for those seeking a medical marijuana card.
Great process, this was my second time trying to get a med card the first time was online and it was so confusing, this was a lot easier as the doc had instructions for me. All the staff were very nice. I recommend to anybody trying to get they're medical marijauna card.
Edit: On the 6th day they did finally get back to me which I appreciated, and they apologized for the time it took to get back to me. I usually am not impatient, but I am in urgent scenario. I now feel confident in a 5-Star review, however I’d encourage that they improve their communication system outside of the exams.Previous Review:Would like to give a higher review, as the process was simple, however no one ever answers the phone! My birthdate on my provider certification was incorrect so I’ve been trying to call to fix my issue. They say their phone hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday in the morning, yet I’ve called every day the past 6 days within said hours, and have left multiple voicemails. I don’t understand how or why they wouldn’t have at least 1 person to answer the phone in all this time, as I’m sure I’m not the only person to call with a question or for further help. The silliest part is that the Doctor; Dr. Frenkle said I could contact him any time for questions, yet there seems to be no way to get ahold of him. Idk… it just seems to be really inefficient for those like me who’ve run into issues.
