Massage Envy offers a variety of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, all aimed at promoting overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the masseuses are excellent and attentive. Customers find the facials not only relaxing and effective but also enjoyable. The new owner prioritizes creating a pleasant and peaceful environment for all guests, which has been well received.
However, scheduling an appointment can be challenging, as the business is often booked out several months in advance. The best strategy is to call early in the morning to secure a cancellation. Customers have shared positive experiences, including a recommendation for Matt, a therapist who is described as knowledgeable and nice, providing some of the best massages they have ever had. Visitors have also praised the clean facility and friendly associates at the front desk, making their overall experience at the Longmont location very enjoyable.
The room and atmosphere were great and the free percussion massage at the beginning was fantastic. The masseuse was very kind and focused well on some tight areas in my back. I do wish she had saved a bit more time to focus on everything else for a more overall relaxing experience, but it was not a bad massage.
The office is nice and the front office staff are knowledgeable. My massage therapist Michelle does a fabulous job and I always leave feeling relaxed and less tension ♡ 5 stars
Recently moved so I came to this location to try it out. Wanted to leave a little more than the usual for my tip so asked for the front desk to break a 20 and staff treated me like I’m sketchy. Massage session was fine but please train employees to be professional when dealing with paying customers, makes for a miserable customer experience.
